A student seeking admission to the college should apply at the office for a copy of the PROSPECTUS AND APPLICATION FORM. The application form duly filled in, may be sent to the Principal so as to reach him on or before the last date published on the college notice board.
In all subsequent enquiries regarding admission the serial number at the top of the application form should be quoted. In case an application is favourably considered, an intimation card will be sent, calling the applicant for interview. For the interview, the applicant should be accompanied by his/her parent/ guardian. If admission is granted after interview, the applicant should get himself/herself enrolled forthwith paying the required fees.
A Migration Certificate in the case of the students who have passed from any University other than M.G.U. must be produced within a month after enrolment.
Applicants are advised to keep with them true copies of their certificates before they surrender the original certificates at the college office. Students from backward communities (SC, ST, OEC) should produce at the time of admission their CASTE certificates from the Tahsildar concerned in order to get the benefit of fee concession and other financial aids from the Government; however, they may be required to remit the Caution Deposit at the time of admission. Backward community students, once admitted on the strength of the COMMUNITY and INCOME Certificates, will not be allowed to leave the College unless all fees for the term are paid.
